These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hook Player application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Hook Player is a standalone video media player application. We do NOT provide, host, sell, resell, distribute or include any media content, TV channels, playlists or streaming subscriptions.
Users are required to provide their own legally obtained content. Hook Player does not verify or control the legality of third-party content.
Hook Player is not responsible for any content streamed, uploaded, linked or otherwise accessed through the application. All content responsibility lies solely with the end user.
The application may include a limited trial period (e.g., 7 days). After the trial expires, a valid license must be purchased to continue usage.
All license purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital licensing, no refunds will be provided once activation is completed.
Users agree not to use the application for unlawful purposes or to stream copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Hook Player operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Samsung, LG, Google, Android, or any content provider.
Hook Player shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
